Testimonials

"Thumball™ is an educational and therapeutic game that is also fun. When has so little done so much for so many?!" Lynn, RN, B.S., MPA School Nurse, NJ

"It really is our son's favorite toy. We play for hours and always think of something new to try. Thumball gets our family laughing and thinking." Melissa, Cream Ridge, NJ

"I work with teenage students instructing employability skills. Today's generation has the best of technology but lacks and suffers from social and communication skills in relationships (friends, family, co-workers, classmates). The Emotion, Who Are You, Ice Breaker, Letter Mania Thumballs have moved mountains bringing a group together to share, listen, and reflect."
Trena, teenage counselor, MI

"I love it! It is a great ice breaker. All business trainers should use Thumball."
Troy Waldrup, Senior Regional Admissions Director

"We use Thumball all the time. We find it's a good way to process information and inspire creative thinking with our staff and students."
Russell, Universal Technical Institute

“Last week we began using the balls at an employee conference. They are a big hit, and they look great. I am so glad that we did the customization. Thanks for your hard work to make this a success.”
Mark Saine, TIAA-CREF, Talent Acquisition and Development

"I bought some Thumballs for work with my elementary school students. My husband, who usually doesn't like to play 'party games' fell in love and insisted on everyone playing Thumball at his 37th birthday party! The icebreaker ball was such a hit that our friends stole the ball to take as a hostess gift to their next party."
Katy, Audbon, NJ

"We started our Bible Camp this year with the Who Are You Thumball and it was great. Everyone wanted a turn and was getting to know each other in no time. I will keep using it all summer long."
Kelly, Columbus, NJ

I wanted to let you know how much fun we have with your Thumballs! I can’t tell you how many hours of laughter these little balls have brought to our house. We love the ice breaker questions and the simple ABC ball has sparked many types of games such as categories. These simple little inexpensive toys are great for people of all ages. Jo Green, Owner The Green Clean Team, NJ

Why Choose Thumball?

  1. Enhance learning through categorizing, phonemic awareness, question formation, emotional intelligence, social skills, visual perception, math functions and pronunciation.
  2. All ages and abilities can play including those with learning challenges: Autism, Asperger’s syndrome, language delays or disorders and anyone learning a second language.
  3. Everyone associates a ball with play, fun and group interaction. Ball play is motivating, increases focus and expands attention.
  4. Allow the brain time to focus in a novel way and you get improved performance. While in “play mode” the brain is alerted for fun and action
  5. A brain in a positive state of arousal is more ready to receive and process information.
  6. Brain development research indicates we learn and retain more when actively doing something as opposed to only reading about it or listening to it.
  7. The cooperation necessary when playing in a group expands the social awareness of players and promotes use of eye contact, polite forms and turn taking skills.

"Thumball really helps spark the mind and get it flowing with ideas. Not only can you use Thumball as a learning tool for kids, but if you own a business and would like to pick the brains of your sales force, why not have a meeting next time and toss the Thumball at one of your sales members and see what they have to say. Maybe you want to get information or teach more about sales or about the product you are selling. Corporations use Thumball™ as a training tool, team builder and promotional giveaways. Tanya, Mother of 3, Iowa

I was very happy to discover the "Move Your Body" Thumball. The game is simple in that you throw someone the Thumball and after they catch it, they look under their thumb and act out what is written on that panel. My kids loved playing with the Thumball and we acted out the movements together. There was lots of laughter and I even worked up a sweat. A great way to help develop a child's gross motor skills and a fun way to get some exercise inside the house. I think homeschooling or church groups would have fun using the "Ice Breaker" and "Who Are You" Thumballs which provide fun and active ways for children to get to know each other."  Amy, Mother & Homeschooler
